Please use ONLY the order number as reference for any bank transfers. You can usually initiate an international bank transfer from your online account, telephone banking or visiting your local branch in person.
After leaving your bank account it usually takes 2-3 days for the payment to reach us.

Refund Policy:
Please note that asking for a refund consumes a lot of our resources. Refunds are possible but we have to charge our customers with €20 administration costs in order to process it. Please double check everything before sending us a payment to avoid these costs.
